A service-call FAQ page that answers the phone questions
The same five questions hit the phone after hours. After-hours, service area, what you do not do, how to request a call, and which number to use. Put those answers on one page. Link it from the homepage. Ethical AI is in Frisco, Texas. We install listings, on-page SEO, and review workflows for HVAC, plumbers, electricians, and other local shops. The number on that page still has to match the listing: put the same phone on Yelp and Maps before you write another post.
One page. The questions they already ask.
Write the page for the person standing in a hot house at 9pm, not for a keyword list. Frisco, Plano, McKinney, or the town you actually dispatch from. Say the city once. Then answer the call in writing.
- After hours: when a person calls back, and whether they can text the same number.
- Service area: the cities you actually run. Not a comma tour of DFW.
- What you do not do: new construction, that other trade, or jobs you will only refer out. Say it once so they stop guessing.
- How to request the call: name, city, the problem in one sentence. The form can be short. Click-to-call still sits above it.
This is not the missed-call script. The script is what you say when you pick up. The FAQ is what they can read when you cannot: a missed-call script a trade shop can use tonight.
What never goes on this page
- A price, a starting-at, or a coupon
- Every suburb in Collin County
- A chatbot dump that never hands them the phone
- A second shop name that only exists on the wrap
One page. Link it from the homepage. Then leave the answers where the next caller can find them without waiting on hold.
